What is the Ohio Risk Assessment? Attorney Explains (Video)

Attorney Terry H. Peden breaking down the in’s and out’s of the Ohio Risk Assessment ReEntry Tool, which is used by the Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles to determine a potential parolee’s risk/likelihood of re-offending.  This score is then factored into the Alabama Parole Guidelines to help the Parole Board make it’s decision.
